Pricing

First, let's make sure your cart meets the requirements for the discount. Also, double check that you manually entered the discount code correctly at checkout.

Please note that our website can only process one discount code per order.

Returns

 

Fantasy Lab is unable to accept returns for the following reasons but not limited to:

  • Used merchandise will not be eligible for returns due to health and safety reasons.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, let us know! We understand there are always exceptions and want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and a Fantasy Lab issued RA#. To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We inspect all products but understand issues can happen. Defective goods will be replaced or given account credit.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping

Yes, all our packages are delivered in a discreet plain brown box, no logo or stickers on the box so no one will be the wiser.  All orders are shipped via Canada Post. This is our little secret. 

We ship all orders the following business day via Canada Post. Standard shipping time is 2-7 days. As soon as the order is processed we will send you tracking information.  We don't want to keep you waiting.
